ReART is a private, curated ecosystem operating at the intersection of art and luxury real estate. Privacy, discretion, and trust are core to our platform. Access to ReART experiences is granted on the condition of strict confidentiality.
ReART is not a public marketplace and does not operate as an open-access platform.
- Scope of Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
- Identity of members, guests, artists, collectors, advisors, and partners
- Details of artworks, properties, or portfolios presented
- Physical locations, virtual access links, and event schedules
- Visual materials, recordings, or representations of ReART environments
- Communications exchanged within ReART experiences or channels
This applies to both physical and immersive (VR) experiences.
- Non-Disclosure Obligation
Members and participants agree that they shall not:
- Share event details with non-members
- Post or reference ReART experiences on social media
- Disclose attendance, participation, or invitations
- Record, photograph, stream, or reproduce experiences without written permission
- Use ReART content for promotional or commercial purposes without consent
This obligation applies before, during, and after participation.
- Data Handling & Access Control
ReART applies controlled access protocols, including:
- Invitation-only participation
- Limited-capacity events
- Role-based visibility across the platform
- Secure handling of personal and transactional data
Personal data is used solely for:
- Membership management
- Event coordination
- Platform access and security
ReART does not sell, trade, or publicly expose member data.
- Breach of Confidentiality
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of membership
- Revocation of access to all ReART environments
- Exclusion from future events and invitations
Where applicable, ReART reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance
ReART complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR, while maintaining additional confidentiality standards consistent with private advisory and luxury ecosystems.
- Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a membership enquiry, attending a ReART event, or accessing ReART environments, individuals acknowledge and accept this Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.
