1. Our Position on Privacy
ReArt is a private, permissioned infrastructure platform designed to facilitate participation and transaction workflows for high-value assets.
Privacy, discretion, and controlled access are fundamental to the operation of the platform.
ReArt is not a public marketplace and does not operate as an open-access platform.
Access to ReART is granted on a selective basis and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
Participation within ReArt environments - whether physical or immersive - is considered confidential by default.
2. Scope of Confidential Information
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
- Identities of members, participants, clients, advisors, and partners
- Details of assets, including art, real estate, vintage cars, and other high-value items
- Asset locations, ownership structures, and associated documentation
- Event details, schedules, invitations, and attendance
- Immersive environments, visual materials, and representations
- Bidding activity, offers, commitments, and transaction-related data
- Communications exchanged within ReART environments or channels
This applies to both:
Physical events
Immersive (VR or digital) participation
3. Non-Disclosure Obligation
All members, participants, and partners agree that they shall not:
- Share or disclose any ReArt-related information with non-members
- Publicly reference participation in ReArt (including social media)
- Disclose attendance, invitations, or involvement of other participants
- Record, photograph, stream, or reproduce any part of ReArt experiences without explicit written consent
- Use any information obtained through ReArt for external commercial or promotional purposes without approval
These obligations apply:
Before, during, and after participation
4. Data Handling & Access Control
ReArt operates under strict access control protocols:
- Invitation-only participation
- Role-based visibility and permissions
- Limited-capacity environments
- Controlled access to asset and transaction data
Personal and operational data is used strictly for:
Membership management
Event coordination
Platform functionality and security
Transaction orchestration support
ReArt does not sell, trade, or publicly expose member data.
5. Transaction Confidentiality
All transaction-related activity within ReArt is treated as strictly confidential, including:
- Bids, offers, and negotiations
- Transaction structures and pricing
- Parties involved in any transaction
- Supporting legal or financial documentation
ReArt facilitates transaction workflows but does not act as a broker, dealer, or custodian of funds.
6. Platform Integrity & Monitoring
To maintain platform integrity and trust:
- ReArt may monitor participation for compliance purposes
- Unauthorised recording or distribution may be detected and investigated
- Access may be restricted or revoked where necessary
7. Breach of Confidentiality
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of membership
- Revocation of access to all ReArt environments
- Exclusion from future participation
- Legal action where applicable
ReArt reserves the right to enforce this policy to protect participants and platform integrity.
8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
ReArt complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.
In addition, ReArt maintains enhanced confidentiality standards aligned with:

9. Acceptance of Policy
By:
- Submitting a membership request
- Accessing the platform
- Attending a ReArt event (physical or immersive)
