1. Overview

ReArt is a private infrastructure platform enabling participation in curated environments involving high-value assets.

Access is restricted and subject to approval.

2. Nature of Platform

ReArt:

  • Does NOT act as a broker
  • Does NOT hold funds
  • Does NOT represent buyers or sellers

ReArt provides technology infrastructure only.

3. Eligibility

Access is granted at ReArt’s discretion. Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Comply with platform rules

4. Participation Rules

Users agree to:

  • Engage respectfully
  • Follow event guidelines
  • Use the platform only for intended purposes

5. Transactions

All transactions:

  • Occur between independent parties
  • Are executed outside ReART
  • May involve third-party escrow providers

ReArt is not responsible for transaction outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, environments, and materials are owned by ReArt or its partners.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Liability

ReART provides the platform “as is”. We are not liable for:

  • Transaction outcomes
  • Asset performance
  • Third-party actions

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
